Beehive Brew Root Beer

The Brewing Process:

We make sodas by starting with hot water and spin in cane sugar.
The mixture is chilled to just above freezing.
CO₂ is added until the sugar water is fizzy.
Now the extract is added to the fizzy water.
Then it's mixed and kegged out for service.
