Catering Catering The Beehive Grill offers on-site catering. We can accommodate everything from small casual meetings to large formal events. We have two reception areas available: Events with 40-350 attendees have the option of our large on-site private banquet room. Banquet room rental is $400 for a 4-hour time block, and $50 for each additional hour, with a refundable cleaning deposit*. The room rental includes tables, chairs, linens and a dance floor. We offer a wide variety of flavors and colors to customize any of your events. Our Portable Gelato Machine & Gelato Pies work great for weddings, receptions, showers, meetings, reunions, etc. We make our Gelato fresh in-house. Which means you can customize Gelato for your special event! We offer over 150 flavors to choose from, most of which are can be custom made in colors of your choice. Gelato is $50 per pan. Each pan will serve approximately 35 people. Minimum of 3 pans must be purchased. Our Portable Gelato Machine is a great, affordable and unique option to add to any event. Our Portable Gelato Machine is completely sustainable, so it does not require electricity. This is great for outdoor events! Rental of the machine is only $25 per 100 people, with a $300 refundable deposit. Rental of the machine includes cups, napkins, spoons & serving utensils. Looking for a themed drink to serve at your event? Choose our on-site brewed & served Root Beer or Seasonal Soda. Each keg of Root Beer or Seasonal Soda contains approximately 5 gallons, which serves about 40 people (16 oz servings). The cost is $40.00 per keg, with a $100 refundable keg deposit (per keg) and a $50 refundable tap deposit.
