THE BEEHIVE GRILL STORY

A few years ago, Dee Jones, a Logan native and John Borkoski, a long time restaurateur, began to ponder the idea of having a restaurant in northern Utah. They thought it would be a good idea to bring the menu and the success of The Moab Brewery to Logan.

John's career in the food and beverage industry began in Park City, Utah and McCall, Idaho. He has been the operations manager at The Moab Brewery since 1996.

Finally an opportunity became available, Dee called John and in 2009 The Beehive Grill was founded.

After investing much hard work, dedication and experience, John and his partners are very pleased to establish Logan's first root beer brew pub.
